For me it was a pleasant discovery of polarity, the combination of energy massage and traditional massage has a very effective method on the physical and emotional planes. I discovered polarity with Marco Deza, who carefully brought me through this one of very efficient psychosomatic approaches, assisting me in my never-ending development journey. I faced some deep emotions and memories: some we analyzed mentally; some we left as is.

Our sessions have generally been relaxing but so far there has only been one session where I found that was a impact that lasted beyond the session itself. During that session we worked on my fatigue and I found myself to be extremely awake for the rest of the day which is a rarity.

I often experience kidney pain or digestion discomfort.
In the session with Marco I feel the energy flow which he provokes by using pressure on dedicated points. At first there might be pain but I let go and his energy releases the tension and with it the pain. At the end of the session I feel balanced and relaxed.

Soon after a bike accident that caused lots of pain on my knee, I received a treatment from Marco and it’s also the first time I was introduced with polarity therapy. It was educative, refreshing and relaxing. It played a very positive role in my overall healing process. Thanks Marco.

I recently had the pleasure of taking a polarity therapy course with an amazing teacher who made learning about energy work feel like an adventure! Their passion for the subject was contagious, and their teaching style was so friendly and approachable.

They had a way of explaining even the most complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand, and their hands-on demonstrations really brought the practice to life. I learned so much about the mind-body connection and how our emotions can impact our physical health.

During our sessions I feel a lot of pain relief for my headaches, neck, shoulders and eyes.  I have had insomnia for a year and struggled with my normal everyday activities.  Polarity with Marco has helped me find pain relief, relaxation and sleep by helping me change my life style habits and has brought positivity into my life. At the end of the sessions I feel relaxed and able to sleep.

This is my first time receiving a polarity health session and didn’t really know what to expect. I was greeted warmly by Marco when I first arrived. Marco & his team are very professional & courteous. I felt an immediate improvement physically & my therapist calmed any anxiety I was feeling & felt very relaxed afterwards. I’ve had regular sessions with Marco in a span of 6 months. I must say that each one of them were very deep experiences which took me a couple of weeks to integrate. Every session was very unique and anything can come up really so you have to be ready to embrace those ”darker” parts of yourself. You emerge feeling fuller though. Polarity therapy allows you to work on a variety of ways using the elements, there is definitely a treatment for everyone. In my case, we worked a lot on earth and air and it has been interesting and beautiful to see my life change so rapidly but in a very fluid way.

Je dois avouer que je suis une personne qui a du mal à se connecter à elle-même et qui a du mal à voir et à mettre des mots sur ce qui lui arrive. Principalement parce que j’ai du mal à reconnaître les situations et à voir les changements, même si je sens et sais -sans l’ombre d’un doute- qu’ils existent. Je ne pourrais donc pas exprimer avec des mots clairs et précis les bienfaits que les traitements de Marco m’ont apportés, mais j’ai traversé des moments très difficiles au cours de la dernière année et je sais que ses soins et ses séances m’ont aidés à me rétablir et qu’ils m’ont appuyée tous au long de ce long chemin. After a work injury and many treatments tried in the medical field with no results, Marco suddenly appeared. I was so desperate and in severe pain. Within a few sessions, I had finally some pain relief and hope. But, with every session I noticed change not just physically but in other areas; my mind was calmer, my energy had increased and I was experiencing a deep peace within myself that I never knew existed.
